Each jar holds 30 grams of 100% pure Himalayan gold grade shilajit resin.
Suggested use: 0.25 to 1 gram daily, measured with the included stick. Dissolve in lukewarm water, milk or tea, or take it under the tongue. Once or twice daily on an empty stomach, morning and/or before bed.

Best shilajit resin I’ve ever had. It’s obviously high quality and noticeably pure. Use it everyday and it does give me the energy I need to kick in my day.

This is a well packaged and produced shilajit. The market is glutted with cheaper versions. Having had a chance to try some expensive and legit products in the past, this is more in line with the better quality. It's worth it to seek out the best in a supplement of this type.

This is a thick intense coffee-like flavor shilajit resin that it a very good value given the quantity included. I take the resin for my overall health and especially for its fulvic acid content of minerals. The product is easy to measure and take. A very good value.
This is the first time I've tried this, so I really don't have anything to compare it to. It's as described and came sealed. It's a very thick consistency, but mixes with warm water pretty well and it doesn't taste bad. I haven't had any issues with it so far.
This is a good value for this supplement. The product comes with its own dosage spoon. It's a very small amount to consume daily. It's not good tasting by itself but mixing it in a flavorful beverage makes it easier to consume. After a few days, I did notice an increase in my enery levels.
This is one of the few Shilajit resins that comes with a certification of purity by a well known lab, it has been tested to not contain harmful bacteria, yeast, mold, and acceptable low levels of heavy metals.

been taking this for about 2 weeks now I have noticed so many changes as far as having more energy throughout the day but other than that I haven't noticed anything else so far most people say you won't see and real changes till about week 3 maybe 4
I have read varying opinions and preferences about the taste of Shilajit being anything from horrible to neutral. This one is very much neutral. I make my herbal tea and then dissolve the recommended dose of shilajit in there as well and add a bit of Stevia powder and drink it like normal. I honestly can't taste it in my tea, and I've even tried it by itself on boiling water with a bit of stevia and it's fine that way as well. When I don't put the Stevia in, it has _almost_ no taste.
I've purchased several variations of shilajit resin over the past year. Some were horrible, others great, and some just "meh". While I cannot speak to the validity of this manufacturer's "lab tested" claims, this product does seem to be towards the higher end of quality. It's not hard and bitter, nor is it thin and runny. It hits a nice resinous sweet spot. Like most shilajits, it has an expected earthy/organic taste. It blends well with my morning coffee (remove some resin with the metal spoon, then just toss it in your cup). If you're just starting, expect a few weeks of regular use before you notice any changes in energy etc.
I got the gold grade shilajit and can confirm it’s legit. I’m a seasoned shilajit user and have tried many quality brands. This tastes just the same and the effects are noticeable. I have more energy and stamina to get through the day and I have been sleeping better at night. I appreciate this comes with a spoon for proper dosing. The entire packaging is really nice. And I especially appreciate that it is 3rd party tested, as that’s of highest importance to me when looking for a quality shilajit. This also contains a whopping 125 servings, so it’s a great bang for your buck. The taste is to be expected - if you’ve never used shilajit before, it may seem intense the first time - but you quickly get used to it and start to crave it (similar to how your first taste of coffee might be, which btw this goes great in some coffee). I leave it under my tongue to dissolve for maximum absorption, instead of swallowing it right away.
